The Web Site (hereinafter the WEBSITE) is a site operated by ECOTREN (hereinafter
THE COMPANY), through which USERS of the same (hereinafter USERS) have access to
varied information on travel and tourism.
For the purposes of using the EL WEBSITE, the USER expresses agreement to accept,
fully and without reserve, all and each of the General Conditions described at the
same time the USER enters the WEBSITE. Therefore, the USER shall read thoroughly
the General Conditions every time he uses the WEBSITE, for they could have been
modified since the last time he used it.
The USER states that he is an adult and that he has sufficient
legal capacity to purchase the services offered on the WEBSITE.

Service contract through WEBSITE:
THE COMPANY offers and, if appropriate, provides the contents,
selects and publishes the products and services to the USERS visiting the WEBSITE
on their own behalf, except for: Contract, technical organization and execution
of reservations of our services, which are provided by THE COMPANY.
USERS shall know that contract of services abovementioned is ruled by the specific
contract conditions that, pursuant to the applicable law, have been agreed between
the USERS, the supplier of such services and THE COMPANY.
WEBSITE use:
Users use the WEBSITE only and exclusively for private and individual
use. USERS shall not copy, reproduce, transfer, or distribute the contents of the
WEBSITE or services provided by the same, without previous written consent of THE
COMPANY. USERS and, in general, people willing to establish a link between any web
page and any Website pages (hereinafter the Link) shall not establish Links to the
Web Site pages where there is no logo or element identifying THE COMPANY as the
owner of the Web Site, or where there is no Web Site advertising bar. Furthermore,
the Web Site shall not be part of other web site without previous express consent
of THE COMPANY.

The penalty in the case of product change is calculated on the lowest side and does not understand the difference in fare to be paid accordingly.

WEBSITE contents may include inaccuracies, misprints or any kind of mistakes. THE
COMPANY does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of WEBSITE information or contents.

Personal information provided by USERS for Web Site use, is subject to the privacy
policy included in Personal data protection.
Intelectual property:
All WEBSITE contents are property of THE COMPANY or its content suppliers, and they
are protected and recognized at a national and international level. Reproduction,
use or distribution of such contents is not allowed, except when it has been expressly
approved by THE COMPANY.
Links to others webs:
There might be links to other webs within the WEBSITE over which THE COMPANY has
no control and for which THE COMPANY is obviously not responsible. THE COMPANY does
not sponsor or guarantees none of these webs of third parties that have been included
for the benefit of the USERS.
Terms and conditions interpretation:
Unless otherwise expressly established, the terms and conditions herein set forth
are governed by the Argentinean legislation. The courts having jurisdiction over
lawsuits arising from the terms and conditions are courts in the City of Buenos
Aires that expressly waive any other jurisdiction that they may have at the present
or in the future due to nationality, residence or place of business. |
