How do I get my voucher? Can I get it in advance?
You can get your voucher 10 days prior to departure date; to do this, enter www.trenalasnubes.com.ar, go to the USER option at the right top and register with your e-mail and password. The system will display your voucher so that you can print it from your computer.
What is included in the rate?

Mistakes in the registration: Loading documents.
When loading a document (whichever your nationality), you have to enter only the numbers of that document.
How do I receive a confirmation of the reservation?
You will receive an e-mail sent to the address that was registered when you filled in the credit card information.
Making reservations in advance:
There is no specific time, but we suggest making the reservation well in advance; there is high demand for tickets, and we do not want you to miss this trip.
Which documents do I need to show when taking the "Tren a las Nubes"?
You have to show your ticket-voucher and your identity card or passport.
Train stops:
The "Tren a las Nubes" makes two 30-minute stops at San Antonio de Los Cobres and La Polvorilla viaduct.
Are there discounts for students, disabled and/or retired people?
If you need assistance to get on the train due to disability, we will be pleased to help you if the request is made 72 hours prior to departure.
Does the train stop its services in some period of the year?
Yes, it does. The train has a programated stop from the 2nd of December till 27th of March.
Is smoking allowed on the train?
No, its forbidden. Also is not advisable to smoke outside the train, in order to reduce risk of 'Altitude sickness'.
